11月11日—15日，天行一中副校長(zhǎng)陶娟娟女士及升學(xué)指導(dǎo)處張尖尖老師在新加坡進(jìn)行了一項(xiàng)奇妙的名校探尋之旅。她們的足跡遍布了新加坡七所大學(xué)，實(shí)地探校，感受學(xué)校氛圍，獲取了最新的升學(xué)資訊。其實(shí)這只是天行一中升學(xué)指導(dǎo)處的日常工作之一。

From November 11 to November 15, Ms. Tao JUANJUAN, vice principal of Teensen , and Mr. Zhang Jianjian, teacher of the entrance guidance office, made a wonderful journey to explore famous schools in Singapore. Their footprints are all over seven universities in Singapore. They explore the school on the spot, feel the atmosphere of the school and get the latest information about their entrance. 第一年：生涯喚醒 完成自我認(rèn)知

高一學(xué)年，升學(xué)指導(dǎo)老師通過(guò)PST(parent-teacher-student)面談初步了解學(xué)生的興趣和未來(lái)的專業(yè)、院校選擇。每周兩節(jié)的生涯課，學(xué)生在自主探究式課堂不斷發(fā)現(xiàn)自己的能力、興趣、潛力、價(jià)值觀，探索自己喜歡的專業(yè)。此外，通過(guò)開(kāi)設(shè)心育課幫助學(xué)生學(xué)會(huì)抗壓、進(jìn)行時(shí)間和情緒的管理。在學(xué)生初步選定未來(lái)專業(yè)之后，基于學(xué)生興趣基礎(chǔ)上成立商科、工程、傳媒、IT、教育、藝術(shù)、數(shù)學(xué)和生化八個(gè)職規(guī)小組。升學(xué)指導(dǎo)處將在三年中為學(xué)生精心安排不少于6次見(jiàn)習(xí)活動(dòng)，讓學(xué)生來(lái)了解真實(shí)的職業(yè)、工作環(huán)境、工作內(nèi)容、工作流程、需要掌握的技能、薪資水平等，真正做到理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際。
